Welcome to Temp Staff On-Demand. By accessing or using our website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.

Temp Staff On-Demand connects businesses ("Clients") seeking temporary event staff with independent contractors ("Workers") who are available to fill those shifts. We provide the technology platform; we do not directly employ workers or manage job sites.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Platform. By registering, you confirm that all information you provide is true, complete, and up-to-date.
You are responsible for:
Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
All activity that occurs under your account
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
Temp Staff On-Demand is not responsible for any loss resulting from unauthorized account access.
You agree to:
Use the Platform in accordance with all applicable laws
Not post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
Not use the service to harass, abuse, or harm another person
Refrain from copying, scraping, or reverse engineering the platform
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
All Workers on Temp Staff On-Demand are independent contractors. They are not employees of Temp Staff On-Demand or any Client. Workers are responsible for their own taxes, insurance, licenses, and legal compliance.
Provide accurate job details, including hours, location, pay, attire, and expectations
Pay agreed-upon rates through the platform
Not directly solicit or hire workers outside of the platform without prior written consent
Accept only jobs they are qualified for
Arrive on time and adhere to professional conduct
Notify clients promptly of emergencies or delays
Provide truthful availability and skill representation
All payments must be made through the Temp Staff On-Demand platform. Clients are charged upon job confirmation or shift completion (depending on contract). Workers are paid weekly via direct deposit or other approved payment methods.
Our Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy govern all shift changes and payment reversals. Please review those policies in full. Repeated cancellations or disputes may result in account review or suspension.
We do not guarantee:
Worker performance or suitability for a specific job
Availability of specific shifts or roles
Continued access to our platform or services
All services are provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Temp Staff On-Demand is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the platform, including but not limited to:
Loss of revenue or opportunities
Personal injury or property damage
Service interruptions or technical issues
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you (client or worker) in the past 6 months.
We may suspend or terminate access to the platform at our discretion, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or other misconduct.
Users may close their accounts at any time by contacting support.
All content, logos, and software on the platform are the property of Temp Staff On-Demand. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without our written permission.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or small claims court in Alameda County, CA.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms.
